Thickness گالوانیزه سرد زینکا	Normally about 50-125 µm on tube and products; thick- er coatings up to 250 µm obtained by silicon killed steel or grit blasting before galvanizing. گالوانیزه سرد زینکا Formability and Mechanical Properties	Conventional coatings ap-plied to finished articles, not formidable; alloy layer is abrasive resistant but brittle on bending. Special coatings with little or no alloy layer readily formed (e.g. on sheet) and resistance welded.	Electroplated steel has excellent formability and can be spot welded. گالوانیزه سرد Other Considerations	Size of bath available. Parts up to about 25 meters long can dipped at some works. Care required at design stage for best results. Continuous wire and sheet avail-able.	Size of bath available. Process normally used for simple, fairly small components suitable for barrel plating or for con- continuous sheet and wire. No heating except for hydrogen embrittlement relief on high strength steels.	Ideal for small parts including washers and springs (e.g. up to 15 cm or 250 g). Access diffi-culties (e.g. inside tubes). zinca (physical Properties)

ZINCA is a single component cold galvanizing compound , the brand of the highest quality cold galvanizing compound on Iran's market containing min. of 95% zinc dust by weight in the dried film. It bonds to clean iron, steel to provide maximum protection against rust and rust creepage through "galvanic action".

zinca superiority with cathodic protection properties:

cold galvanizing compound ZINCA is commonly applied like a paint (brush, roller, aerosol, compressor type or airless sprayer) it is unlike any type of paint because it provides galvanic action and will not allow any rust creepage.  Paint (any sort of paint) gives only skin-type protection.  If this skin is broken, it not only rusts at the break but also allows rust to creep under the film.

the protection provided by ZINCA is anodic action.  As the zinc is sacrificed, zinc hydroxy carbonates and other zinc salts form in upper level of the zinca film ,making the coating denser with reduced conductivity.  Thus, the anodic action continues until the film is converted into a dense, impervious, cementious coating.  The coating will now function as an impermeable barrier resistant to weather, water and fume attack at upper leve. Fresh zinc does exist in lower section of film with full attachment to base metal
